Cancellation and Refund Policy
At SlimWell Health, we strive to provide the highest level of care. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for our various services and programs.
- A full refund will be provided for any appointment, body composition assessment, or health program canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or program start date.
- For individual services, including New Patient Visits, Follow-Up Visits, and InBody Body Composition Assessments, no refunds will be issued after the service has been provided.
- For the Health Optimization Program and Comprehensive Health Program, refunds requested after the program has started will be prorated based on the regular cash value of services already provided, including office visits, InBody Body Composition Assessments, and any other services received as part of the program.
- Because these programs are offered at a discounted package rate, the value of services received may exceed the amount paid. In such cases, no additional refund will be due.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be charged the full appointment fee or counted as a completed visit within a health program.
- No refunds will be issued after completion of a service or health program.
SlimWell Health reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website.
