SlimWell Health was founded by Dr. Carmen Gota to provide the kind of medical care many patients feel is increasingly difficult to find—personalized, thoughtful, physician-led care focused on both treating illness and preserving health. As a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Obesity Medicine, Dr. Gota provides adult primary care, preventive medicine, healthy aging, chronic disease management, Medicare wellness visits, metabolic health, and physician-guided weight management.
